How often is the data updated?

Data is updated monthly for Starter plans and weekly for Professional and Enterprise plans. We continuously monitor state licensing databases for new and updated information.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
